Progress reports on the large research infrastructure projects for 2020
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS), hereby, publishes the official forms and templates to prepare and submit progress reports on implementation of large research infrastructure projects in 2020:
- LRI’s Progress Report (.docx);
- LRI’s Host’s Affidavit (.docx);
- Statement on Spending Recognised Costs (.xlsx);
- Statement on Spending Personnel Costs (.xlsx).
Contrary to previous years, progress report on the implementation of a large research infrastructure project, including annexes, shall be prepared in the English language only. The LRI’s Progress Report and the Statement on Spending Personnel Costs shall be completed one for the entire large research infrastructure project (i.e. not separately for the beneficiary and for other participant/s in the project). The Statement on Spending Recognised Costs and the Affidavit shall be filled in by all the participants in the large research infrastructure project (i.e. by both the beneficiary and other participant/s in the project).
The statutory representative of the institution or his/her authorized representative shall sign the filled in forms digitally in the PDF format (in case they do not use the digital signature, an alternative signing procedure can be arranged individually with the MEYS). The Statement on Spending Personnel Costs and the Statement on Spending Recognised Costs shall be enclosed also in the Microsoft Excel format (i.e. unsigned).
Properly filled in, completed and signed documentation of the progress report on the large research infrastructure project implementation in 2020 shall be submitted no later than 31st January 2021 by posting the dossier to the data box of the MEYS with the ID code „vidaawt“ (the deadline is extended, compared to the deadline stipulated in the Grant Agreement).
