Progress reports on the large research infrastructure projects for 2023

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS), hereby, publishes the official forms and templates to prepare and submit progress reports on implementation of large research infrastructure projects in 2023:

Progress report on the implementation of a large research infrastructure project, including annexes, shall be prepared in the English language only. The LRI’s Progress Report form and the Annex on Spending Personnel Costs shall be completed one for the LRI as a whole (i.e. not for the individual participants in the project as a beneficiary and another participant). The Annex on Spending Recognised Costs shall be completed for the large research infrastructure as a whole and then for each project participant separately. The Affidavit must also be completed separately for each participant in the large research infrastructure support project.

The statutory representative of the institution or his/her authorized representative shall sign the filled in forms digitally in the PDF format (in case they do not use the digital signature, an alternative signing procedure can be arranged individually with the MEYS). The Statement on Spending Personnel Costs and the Statement on Spending Recognised Costs shall be enclosed also in the Microsoft Excel format (i.e., unsigned).

 Properly filled in, completed and signed documentation of the progress report on the large research infrastructure project implementation in 2023 shall be submitted no later than 30th January 2024 by posting the dossier to the data box of the MEYS with the ID code “vidaawt”.
